I Forgot to Use My Coupon!

You don't need to cancel or place a new order if you forgot to use your coupon. Just contact our customer service team via email at Info@Happy Paws.com or by phone at (888) 818-8143. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PT.

A refund will be issued for the discounted percentage. Once the refund is issued, you will then be notified via email. Please allow 2–3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Please keep in mind that one coupon code may be used per order and may not be combined with any other promotions or Rewards Points.
